1999

Plaza Management is founded, overseeing a few family-owned residential buildings before transforming troubled assets across NYC. Over the next decade, we proceed to serve over 1,000 units in the tri-state area.

Plaza expands into luxury properties , onboarding a number of premium clients throughout the five boroughs. We also oversee lucrative residential conversions later filling them with highly desirable tenants.

2010

Plaza begins managing high-end condominium complexes , helping establish HOA boards and their protocols. Our team shifts emphasis to cost efficiency, optimizing management services to meet specific budgets.

2012

Entering the commercial real estate market, we manage over 1M square feet while reducing operating expenses by up to 20%. Our in-house team leases over 150k rentable square feet with a dollar value close to $100M.

Having secured over $300M in financing for various clients, Plaza enters the hospitality industry. We now offer engineering and management services to top hospitality establishments in the region, with 24/7 on-call assistance.

2022

Plaza Management has been approved to be included in New York City’s HPD and HDC’s Qualified Marketing Agent initial list. Plaza is now able to assume the marketing, lease-up and sales responsibilities for City-sponsored affordable housing projects.

2024

Plaza Management successfully opens up The Shoreline, a 30 story luxury high rise building consisting of 355 residential units and 30,000 SF of commercial space. Plaza transitioned the property from the construction phase to marketing and lease-up.
